Where is the Casa Pacifica Wine, Food & Brew Festival held?

The 25th Anniversary Casa Pacifica Wine, Food & Brew will be held on June 3, 2018 at California State University Channel Islands.
VIP: 12:00PM- 5:00PM
General: 1:00PM- 5:00PM

Are there waitlists once the event is sold out?

Once the event sells out there will be no more tickets available for purchase.

If I don’t drink, do I still need to purchase a regular ticket?

No admittance will be allowed without a ticket.

Are there any events open to the public at no charge?

All events included in the festival require a general admission ticket for entry.

What should I wear?

The Festival takes place at an outdoor, grass venue. Wear comfortable and according shoes.

Where should I stay?

Is smoking allowed?

No, due to restrictions from the University there is no smoking, vaping, or smoking of e-cigarettes anywhere in the festival.

Are there any age restrictions for the event?

No, all are welcome. All those over the age of 21 are given a wristband.

Can I bring a baby in a stroller or carrier?

Yes, all ages are welcome. Be aware that the event takes place on grass and strollers may not necessarily work well.

Can I bring my pet?

No, due to health regulations with the food being served we cannot allow pets other than service animals.

Can I bring my backpack to the event?

Yes, all bags will be searched upon check-in.

Are tickets available to purchase at the door?

Tickets are only sold at the door on the off chance that the event does not sell out.

Do I have to pay for any tastings or demos once I enter?

Tickets are all inclusive of food, wine & brew within the festival.

How can I get a refund?

Tickets are nonrefundable.

What do I do if my tickets are lost or stolen?

Treat your ticket like cash. Casa Pacifica Wine, Food & Brew Festival will not replace lost or stolen passes or tickets.  Make sure to keep your credentials in a very secure place and have them in your possession when arriving at each event.

Can I resell my tickets at the venue?

There will be no reselling of tickets at the venue.

Is parking available? How much is it?

Yes, there is parking available and it is free! Please follow parking signs accordingly. We highly encourage the use of our shuttles or ride service rather than attendees driving.

Is there an UBER, limo, and shuttle drop off / pick up area?

Yes, there is a designated area for all ride services.

What items are prohibited from the events?

  • Weapons, pepper spray/mace, flares, fireworks
  • Food, beverage, alcohol, cans, bottles, flasks, coolers, drugs, illegal substances
  • Chairs, blankets, lawn umbrellas
  • Pamphlets, product samples
  • Skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, helmets, chairs, beach balls
  • Laptop/Tablet computers, 2-way radios, laser pointers, flashlights
  • Balloons, permanent markers, spray paint
  • Noise making devices: air horns, drums, whistles
  • Cameras: no flash/professional photography, tripods or monopods (except with Media/Broadcast Credentials)
  • Drones

What happens in case of bad weather?

Rain or shine, we will be there!

What do I do if I have a food allergy?

Please be sure to alert any vendor of a food allergy before tasting their product.
